Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns for Online Purchases:
If you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, your return package must be shipped to our designated return address and received by us within 15 days from the original purchase date.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
After processing, we will email you an online credit code that can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.
Note:
No exchange or online credit on jewellery once purchased Unless it is Defective.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.
If we are not notified within 2 days, you will no longer qualify for a return.
You must send a photo of the damaged/defective item along with all the details of your order invoice to info@adorabijewels.com.
Additional Return Guidelines
Clearance Sale Items: Items on clearance sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package.
Please include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email as a record of your transaction.
Tracking: It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost during transit.
